DESTINATION
In
that we have offices in Brazil and US, inbound and outbound executive
mobility assistance between these two countries is made advantageous to
corporations, executives and families.
Assessment:
Both team members in the home and host countries need to know the executive
and his/her family's needs, so that everyone can work in synchronicity.
Team members are the success key to a smooth transition between home and
host locations. This stage consists of interviews and a debriefing
that are expected to lead to a strategic plan for conducting a
hassle-free and effective expatriation program.

Home-Hunting
Program
We intend, through our Home-Hunting program, to save time and money
for our corporate clients as well as minimize the hassles and bureaucracy
to families. We advocate our clients' best interests by negotiating
legal terms, prices, diplomatic clauses and the liveable and safety conditions
of the property. During that time, families are assigned a single-point
manager to help coordinate the different connections with the focus of
finding and securing a property as soon as possible. Once a property is
chosen, our same representative should assist the family with any post-move
issues.
Though each program
will differ according to the specific needs of each expatriate family,
basically the following services throughout the course of the program
should be covered:

The goal of this intercultural five-hour session is to make our clients
consciously aware of the way of life in the US of A. Perception

with our clients.
We suggest this session,
which is more straightforward and easily comprehended, as an interim awareness
stage for busy clients. To learn more about human interactions,

It´s already a headache for locals to deal with contractors, home
supply stores, and manage time and spouse and family expectations, while
at the same time protecting one's productivity against stress, just imagine
it for foreigners who don't speak the language and understand how things
are done.
We work with a great
network of well-selected, trained and certified engineering companies,
so that we can better refer you to home maintenance coordination programs,
on hourly basis or projects. Clients can chose how and when to take advantage
