The wheels of the plane have just lifted off the ground in the country that you've called "home" for the past years. As you relax in your seat, your thoughts turn to your 'real' home, which you are now destined for, and the relief of how much easier it will be returning than when you first left.
Studies show that repatriation programs are very often more challenging than expatriation ones because not only have the returnee's original home environment changed from the time he/she left, but the returnee has also undergone change. The rate of returnee turnover is exceptionally high and studies uncomfortably show that 20% of repatriated executives leave their companies within two months after arrival home, 20% within a year, and 50% within three years of arrival.

This growth is very often unconscious and intangible to all. In fact, he has formed and has been interacting within a third culture, which is a combination of what his home country culture used to be and that of his assignment country. Our Intercultural Awareness Program spans the complete assignee journey, from home to assigned country and back home again. Utilizing our single-point contact system, with one call to and from us, we are able to guide you through your challenge. We aim at keeping the emotional ups and downs and cultural shock to a minimum and, most importantly, helping the returnees appreciate the changes and hard-times that have experienced through international exposure and turning them around to build a better career. Our one-day program can be done on a one-on-one basis, family participation or workshop format, and is aided by continued coaching sessions - by phone or in-person - during the first two months of repatriation in order to properly evaluate the process and follow thorough action plans. Upon completion of the program, the returnees are prepared to:
